We have published our complaints statistics for 2024-25. This includes a breakdown by subject and authority.
Although our service began in 2021–22, this is the first year we have published this level of detail as we are now in a position to share INWO data more openly.
Highlights include:
- 133 complaints received
- 140 complaints closed
- 60% of complaints were premature
- 20 complaints were closed at investigation
- 80% were fully or partially upheld
