the Board used checklists to identify the most appropriate investigator, which resulted in a thorough and well thought out investigation. This was because the investigator selected had expert knowledge, and knew exactly what to look into

having been notified of our investigation, the INWO Liaison Officer took a lot of time at the start of the process to ensure they understood what information was being asked for, helping to speed up the INWO’s investigation.
