Festive closure 

Our office will be closed for the festive period from 25 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026. Our phone line will close as normal at 1pm on 24 December 2025.

You can still submit your complaint via our online form but this will not be processed until we reopen.

Customer Service Standards Survey

We are currently reviewing our Customer Service Standards, aiming to improve the way we serve the public. The standards are being updated to better reflect the needs of customers and enhance our performance monitoring.

A draft of the revised Customer Service Standards is now available for public consultation, and we are inviting feedback to help ensure the final version truly meets the needs of our users.

We encourage all stakeholders to share their views on the proposed changes. Your input will play a vital role in shaping service standards that work for everyone.
